- 2012 Fall Lease - REQUIRED to be completed by house residents for Fall 2012

- House Damage agreement - REQUIRED to be completed by all active members (for Spring 2012 and Fall 2012 semesters)

- Out-of-House Member Agreement - REQUIRED to be completed by all active members that will not be living in the house
