DN Memorial Scramble History
The Delta Nu Memorial Scramble began in 1996 as a word-of-mouth, two-man scramble. There were 17 participants. Teams were selected by blind draw, as were teams for the next five or six years. The largest tournament field occurred in 2009 with 91 players participating.
The purpose of the Delta Nu Memorial Scramble is to pay tribute to those Fraters that have passed to the chapter eternal and to provide a fun and relaxing atmosphere for old friends and fraternity brothers to gather. Funds are not only raised for TKE Delta Nu Alumni Association Activities, but also for the Memorial Funds and Bricks of Fraters in the Chapter Eternal, through the sale of Memorial Mulligans.
