As of January 30, 2026, the Advisory Boards are made up of three different boards, separate and distinct with their own area of expertise and responsibility.

Each Board meets in person or via a conference call as needed to conduct the business of their area of expertise.  The DNAA is chartered as a Missouri 501 (c) 7 corporation under the legal name TKE Delta Nu Alumni Assn Corp. N000709009 and files it taxes with the Active Chapter income and expenses.  A second 501 (c) 7 corporation has been set up for the property and is titled TKE Delta Nu Housing Corp N00001669 formerly known as Delta Nu Teke House Assn.  The name change was made in mid- 2018 to eliminate any confusion between the 2 entities.  One corporation encompasses the activities of the BOA and DNAA, and the second encompasses the affairs of the DNHC.

The three distinct boards have a need to collectively coordinate and assign certain activities, such as determining which alumni are best suited for which boards, which entity is best suited to handle selected tasks (like homecoming activities), and how the three entities can best support the active chapter.  The three boards also all have a need to be collectively kept apprised of the performance of the undergraduate chapter.  For this reason, we invite the President/Chairman of each Board to attend the annual and regular meetings online and in person for an informational exchange.

1) The Chapter Advisory Board, or CAB also known as BOA, oversees the undergraduate chapter

     The BOA is responsible for an outstanding collegiate experience for the undergraduate members of the Delta Nu Chapter of TKE by building relationships with active chapter officers to provide advice and assistance to active chapter members in the execution of their duties as officers of the fraternity. Attached is a copy of the bylaws of the Board of Advisors which provides greater detail of the various roles and responsibilities of the different Boards.

2) The Delta Nu Alumni Association Board, or DNAA, oversee the affairs of the alumni association;

    The DNAA is responsible for maintaining the connectivity of all Delta Nu Alumni and supporting the Undergrad Chapter, Property Board and Alumni! DNAA is the organization that oversees all things related to the Alumni and sets the targets for DNAA membership and DN Review publications, scholarship activities and all social and award events related to the alumni.

3) The Delta Nu Housing Corporation, or DNHC, oversees the property located at 555 W. 9th Street.

    The DNHC is charged with the upkeep, safety and security of the TKE House at 555 West 9th Street in Maryville, MO is charged with the day-to-day management of the assets of the DNHC, specifically the house, property and bank accounts associated with the property. They set housing rent prices and oversee collection and expense payment.
