Completing its 29th tournament and its 30th year (had to take 2020 off) , the Delta Nu Memorial Scramble began in 1996 as a word-of-mouth, two-man scramble. There were 17 participants. Teams were selected by blind draw, as were teams for the next five or six years.

The largest tournament field occurred in 2017 with 127 players participating. Over its 30-year history, 358 different golfers have participated. As this marks the 30th year, we will pay special attention to a number of different things.
The purpose of the Delta Nu Memorial Scramble is to pay tribute to those Fraters that have passed to the chapter eternal and to provide a fun and relaxing atmosphere for old friends and fraternity brothers to gather. Funds are not only raised for TKE Delta Nu Alumni Association Activities, but also for the Memorial Funds and Bricks of Fraters in the Chapter Eternal, through the sale of Memorial Mulligans.
